Steven M. Yousha, Psy.D.

Chief Consultant

Dr. Steve Yousha is a Psychologist and Senior Consultant with 18 years of professional experience. Having both a clinical and organizational background together with years of management experience enables Dr. Yousha to most quickly and accurately assess challenges executives face in their work, offering broader and more in-depth solutions and consultation to effectively work through these challenges, and providing guidance to enhance overall professional development. His complementary backgrounds and areas of training and experience also afford notable ability to assess employment candidates for job placement prior to hire. He uses a variety of standardized assessment instruments, including those only available to licensed practitioners, and is also certified in Lominger® and MRG® suite products.

In executive coaching, Dr. Yousha works within a variety of areas, including enhancing people management skills, time management, leadership development, communication enhancement, workplace stress management, working with difficult employees, multicultural sensitivity, and compartmentalizing and overcoming personal challenges to achieve professional goals.

As a manager and leader, Steve served as Director of a multicultural health center, developing it into a fully accredited facility with a strong training program. He has managed a number of projects with the Department of the Navy in the areas of assessment, design, and implementation of protocols to reduce attrition in recruits, and performance enhancement during basic training and beyond.

Dr. Yousha has worked with executives and managers from many organizations, including: Mckinsey & Company, Ernst & Young, Northwestern Mutual, Shure, Exelon, The Federal Reserve Banking System, Department of the Navy, McShane Corp., Hollister, ChapterHouse, SunGard HE, and Zebra Technologies.

Steve is published in the area of skill enhancement in organizations, focusing on programs to increase effectiveness in stressful work conditions. He earned his undergraduate and master degrees at the Florida State University and received his doctorate at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

Steven Feinberg, Ph.D.

Senior Consultant

Dr. Steven Feinberg is an Organizational Psychologist with over 25 years of professional experience. Dr. Feinberg was previously a partner with MICA Consulting Partners; a Chicago based firm specializing in Strategic Talent Management. Building upon a background that includes academic and professional involvement in the fields of psychology, counseling, career development, organizational behavior, and business, he has consulted with a broad spectrum of companies. These range from small professional services firms to large, multinational manufacturing organizations. Included among these companies are Country Insurance and Financial Services, Boots Pharmaceuticals, SunGard/Collegis, Hollister Inc., PPM America, Caterpillar Financial Services Corp., the Daily Herald, Jones Lang LaSalle, Baxter Credit Union, and Zebra Technologies.

Underlying and serving as a framework for Steven’s work is the value he places on gaining a thorough understanding of his clients – their business, their goals, and their people. It is his belief that the more he can learn about the culture, operating philosophy, and major drivers that exist within client companies, the better he can tailor his efforts to address specific and unique client needs.

In addition to the activities noted above, Dr. Feinberg conducts senior level team building programs. He also serves as a mediator, with his efforts directed toward helping leaders/managers identify and resolve conflict, improve communication, and increase organizational success.

Steven earned his doctorate at Syracuse University. Prior to moving to Chicago, he served on the faculty of Bowling Green State University where he taught, designed programs and provided counseling in the areas of personal and career development. He also served as an organizational consultant to various university departments and numerous outside companies.
