360 Degree Feedback

A time tested method for improving leadership skills and abilities, and an important component in the broader area of succession planning, involves the participation of leaders in 360° feedback - a systematic and comprehensive process for gathering information and, in turn, providing very valuable input to leaders regarding their impact and influence within their organization. The 360° process involves incorporating standardized or proprietary feedback instruments to record perception of leadership effectiveness across a variety of domains, and incorporates the views of the executive, direct reports, peers, boss, superiors, and clients. Our 360° process is also very developmental in design, with emphasis placed on coaching following assessment to help accelerate executive leadership capacities.
